We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with Stitch Happy through our web site.  Due to the cost of doing business and the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for transactions for digital designs purchased on our website.  If you are unable to use the product that you receive, please contact us.  We will be happy to send you a corrected file, or if a duplicate design was purchased, to send a replacement.
